Appearance is good

I am not impressed with the workings of this dishwasher. It does an adequate job cleaning but is very poor in the drying of the dishes. I have had a couple of times where the washer did not wash the dishes and the cleaning pod was still intact in the base of unit. Had to re-wash the dishes. This was part of a new build package and if I could I would change my selection.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In order for the dishwasher to dry the dishes, we recommend turning your hot water on first and be sure that you use a rinse agent, along with selecting your dry options on the control board. Note: Any deep wells in the bottom of glasses, won’t dry. So far so good. This product has great features and isn’t that noisy which is great. I’ve only had it for a few months but so far it works great.

Doesn’t dry dishes!

The dishwasher came with the house and it works pretty standard. My biggest problem is that it doesn’t dry the dishes after the cycle is done. The dishes are wet after the washer stops and long after the dishwasher has been off. The drying feature is probably the second most important feature a dishwasher MUST have. Very disappointing.

Hello ComfortP - Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear of the drying issue of your dishwasher. This model has the Condensate Dry feature. With this drying system design, condensation will form on cooler surfaces in a warm humid environment. At the end of a cycle, while the dish load is still hot, the stainless steel tub walls are already cooling down and pulling condensation to form on the tub walls instead of the dishes. This provides natural air drying of the dish load. The use of a rinse agent ensures spot and film protection for dishes and assists the drying process.
