Cleans fantastic but poor rack design

I have this dishwasher for 3 weeks now. Overall I'm mostly satisfied however, the racks seem real flimsy and don't hold as many dishes as my 20-year-old model that broke. In addition, one of the wheels keep slipping off from the upper rack and I keep having to put it back on. I am very happy with the way the machine cleans and so far I've only used it on light cycle and even then it cleans really dirty dishes and only 48 minutes. I'm not sure I would recommend this machine because of the rack issues but if there's something similar in the same price range, I think that would be my first choice. This machine does not dry the dishes which doesn't bother me at all because I open it to let the steam out when the cycle is over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cheap hunk of junk

This machine is made so cheaply that I had two service calls in the first two months. The upper rack kept coming off, breaking the little plastic hinges that are supposed to hold it on. I had to fix it myself by substituting bolts for the plastic hinges. The bottom rack is so poorly designed that that you cannot fit enough the dishes in it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Heat Dry

I did not realize when I chose this dishwasher through my home warranty company that it had condensation dry feature NOT heat dry. It cleans well and runs quietly, but I would not have chosen it if I had realized it did not have heat dry-very disappointed. I should have done my research.

The dishwasher is not as quiet as I would have expected. It also has a very unsightly bottom plate. I will need to get creative to hid the bottom plate as you can see the adjustment grooves.
