Rack design not good, lower face plate unfinished.

Lower rack prongs are too close for width of pans and casserole dishes. Upper rack does not accommodate wine glasses even if you lower it. Lower face plate look unfinished showing screws and slide adjustments. Not Pretty for spending alot of money.

Dishwasher was installed less than a week ago. I was unfamiliar with the new drying technology -- where after rinsing, water drops on dishes are drawn to stainless steel sidewalls where they condense and slide down the walls into the drain -- instead of a heating coil at the bottom of the cabinet. I like the advantages of this new drying technology: less energy consumption, no melting of plastic dishware due to heating coil, and no steam venting out the top and front and warping the underside of a countertop. This technology only works and works well when the "water boost" setting is used.

I may have gotten used to the one we had before that owning this dishwasher seems like it is too small. But it has great features. Have option to sanitize, which is a plus for me. I would love to have a bigger version of this!
