Very quiet.

The dish washer is very quiet and does a good job cleaning the dishes but plastic containers and plastic glasses are not dry at the end of the cycle even if I wait 10 hours to remove. I live in Southeast Washington which is high desert-very dry area.
Very noisy. This was a replacement for a built in dishwasher. Capacity is much smaller than the dishwasher that this one replaced. Very low to the floor when door is open. Internal baskets are arranged poorly for placing dishes.
The stainless steel interior is nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We hate to hear that you’ve been less than impressed with your new dishwasher due to the noise it makes, the low door, and because the interior space seems smaller and less intuitive than your old model. We are constantly working to make our appliances better, and we’ll be sure to forward your comments about the door height and the noise level to our product team so we can continue to improve. We recommend taking a look at the loading tips starting on page 8 of your use and care manual, linked below, for information to help you get the most out of your dishwasher’s space.
Poor functionality. Dishwasher consistent does not drain.

We're here to assist you with your dishwasher. There could be several reasons why the unit isn't draining. Please refer to the links below for helpful troubleshooting:
If the suggestions above don't seem to help, you can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliances technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
Cleans dishes well but thats about it. Door panel is very flimsy and hollow. Dishwasher is quite noisy (you can hear it from our master which is above the kitchen). Those two critics we can live with, however the lay out/design of the interior is ridiculous. Good luck having more than four people over for dinner as it really can’t fit more than that many place settings. The cutlery holder is also in a unintuitive position that impedes how many large pots and pans you can wash.
I don’t know how thought it was a good idea to reconfigure the traditional layout but they shouldn’t.
Overall we definitely regret buying this model.

When it comes to loading your dishwasher, we recommend taking a look at the loading tips starting on page 8 of your use and care manual for tips on getting the most of the available space.
I absolutely LOVE it. It gets my dishes clean the first time. My previous one things would have to hand scrubbed. The one thing I don't like is I always hit the start button opening it.
