Unfortunately, we have had nothing but problems with this product. Our original refrigerator column was finally replaced with a new one. The original one stopped working after 18 months, and after replacing most of the internal parts, we eventually just got a new fridge. The new one seems to be keeping food cool, however, the plastic trim parts keep falling off. I feel like this is a defect in the overall quality of the expensive refrigerator.
