We haven't been happy with the ice maker or the water dispenser in the door. The ice maker is very, very slow at making ice and the door water dispenser doesn't work at all. It worked intermittently when first delivered but has given up completely. Wev'e had repair folks come out on several occasions with no success. Probably would not buy another one if the need ever arises.

Overall this refrigerator has satisfied 99% of my needs and desires in kitchen equipment. Shelving is easy to adjust, several accessories like can holder and dividers are included. The remote access to adjust temperature, boost ice production and like features are fantastic...here comes the but. The upper cabinet drawers would be more functional if they were split in a way that one can open only one side panel to access. In this model you must open the entire fridge on both sides to pull out the crisper drawers...besides this drawback I am thrilled with this machine.

Nice counterdepth refrigerator. Our major concern was a missing part in the external water filter package. After our contractor was almost finished installing the filter, he discovered a missing collet ring in the package to connect to the refrigerator. Only one collet ring was included, but the installation manual called for another collet ring to connect to the refrigerator. We are not happy with this issue.
