Good looks and performance

I rarely think appliances live up to their marketing materials, but this refrigerator does. Vegetables remain crisp so much longer than in my previous refrigerator. The temperature stays even and is easily controlled. It does exactly what it is supposed to do—keep my food fresh. I do wish it had a split shelf so there is more room for taller bottles, but the door shelves make up for that so far.

It's a very pretty refrigerator, however, we wish the ice-maker would be more consistent. Some days it just doesn't make enough ice.

Your automatic ice maker will produce approximately eight cubes of ice every 3 – 4 hours, depending on the freezer compartment temperature and the number of door openings. The ice cube tray will fill with filtered water. When cubes are frozen, they will be dispensed from the ice tray and into the ice storage bin below. If you are experiencing less ice dispensing then please reach out to us for further troubleshooting.

Never had so much trouble with a new appliance ! Crazy noisy! The freezer section ices up which causes loss of the seal which results in more ice. We requested service, but never heard back.
