Fun for my son but my 8yr old thinks it's haunted

This was given to my son as a potty training gift about 2-3 months ago. We are fortunate that all of the features (flush sounds, singing, lights, etc.) still work but approximately 1 month ago the seat started singing at random times when it isn't being used/nobody is in the bathroom which now has my 8 year old little girl convinced the potty seat is being used by a ghost and she's afraid to go in the bathroom!
I do want to recommend that anyone else having the same issue with their potty seat CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I did and they are making this right for me. I very much appreciate the wonderful & friendly service I received when I called.

Don't Waste Your Money. This Product Leaks

A child's toilet has 1 job. And this one fails miserably at it. It leaks out the bottom where the silver metal sensors are. The sensors are there to make a noise when your child goes to the bathroom. Oh by the way, the sensor doesn't even work properly. I've seen it go off at all hours of the day for no reason as well as not go off at all when my son actually went to the bathroom in it. Not a bad idea for a product, but horrible execution. How Fisher-Price didn't correct these issues during testing is beyond me. My wife and I would follow our son into the bathroom, as soon as he was finished, we would clean the collection section, and it would still leak like this. We did not let liquid just sit in this toilet all day.
In the pictures I have included: Liquid leaks through the bottom silver metal sensors in the green removeable section of the toilet where the liquid is supposed to be collected. It continues to leak through the section below that as well, and leaks all the way to your floor. I have included a picture from the bottom to show where it leaks out from.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Idea, short-lived !

We loved this potty, so did our little girl. She loved when she went potty and it played the song. It lasted 26 days. It still flushes, but it doesn't play the song anymore. I would give 5 stars, but I can't for a product that doesn't even last a month.

Not bad but not great

I purchased this about 3 months ago but only started potty training 4 weeks ago. The sound doesn't work anymore on the potty. My son loved hearing the noise go off every time he went and was very proud of himself. I've tried making sure the bottom was always dry and ive changed out the batteries. No luck. Thought this seat was great at first but now I'm wishing I bought a different one.

Not Worth The Money

I bought this toilet a few weeks ago first my son to start toilet training. Right out of the box, the sensors didn’t work to play songs when we used the toilet. Instead he would wait until I removed the bowl to clean it, and would then press the sensor underneath to get it to play a song. Not earth shattering, but it’s a feature that we paid for that has never worked. I tried hooking it up again, new batteries, and nothing. The flush does work, and my son does like to flush when he’s done. So, one star for it being a place he can go to the bathroom, and one for the flush feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

I purchased this for my two year old and decided to pay the extra money for the singing potty. My daughter loved it and it was really great encouragement at first. However, now (after only a few days) it goes off all the time even when nobody is in there. It goes off in the middle of the night, which scares her half to death...so how she does not like the potty. I unfortunately threw away the box so I can't return it, but I guess I'm going to have to go out and buy a new potty...one that make noise. It's too bad because it is really cute and she loved flushing it and hearing the songs.

Leaks and sings when no one is on it :(

We've been using this potty for about 6 months. The potty sings when there's no one on it and, I just noticed the other day that it's leaking....not good on the hardwood floor. Definitely not worth the money--I just hope we don't have to replace the floor too.

Great While it Works!

We loved this potty for the short life it lived. As with many other reviews the flusher still works, but it no longer sings. Such a disappointment. My kiddo loved it and is very sad it doesn't sing to him anymore.
