Dome won’t stay closed

Was so excited for this product we live in a buggy area so boutlght this to keep sun and bugs away from my 2 month old. The dome will stay latched for 30 seconds or so and then will fall down. Not sure if mine is defective but I don’t even know if I can send it back since the legs don’t remove so it can’t go back in the box.
Definitely disappointed with this item.

Perfect for home with pets!

We bought this for our son as a safe place to start tummy time. It is by far the best purchase we have made! Not only does he love tummy time in there, but we can safely put him down without our dog grabbing his toys as if they were his own. It's his own little safe haven for fun time!

Wonderful except 1 major issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is for travel so they overlooked one major thing. I shipped this to Hawaii for a vacation and when I went to take it apart to ship back the legs are a one time thing... once clicked into place you cant remove them. So I was unable to remove the legs to put the item back in the box and ship home. Total bummer as this product is amazing otherwise. Fisher price you need to have real moms and dads test out the product and all your issues would be addressed before mass production. Offer a removable leg so people can vacation with this and not have to toss it

Doesnt fold

This product would be great if side button work to fold up for travel as depicted in videos.

Convenient and comfortable

My son loves his Dome bassinet. It is perfect for traveling. We use it at home, on vacation, trips to the park, trips to family members and more. It is super convenient for a traveling family and he is comfortable and safe in it. It is very roomy for him to wiggle around and I love that it has a sun shade on it to protect him when we are outside! I love the animal neutral theme of it because it can be used for boys or girls. My son loves the two hanging animals. Overall this is the perfect bassinet for traveling and even for moving around at home. Its lightweight and easy to move.

A Must have for parents!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this Fisherprice On-the-go Baby Dome a little over a month ago to try out and review . It has been a parenting game changer for our family. Putting it together took just 2 easy steps. Unlike some products setting it up is literally 3 easy steps, as is taking it down. My 70 year old grandma can even do it and she loves this thing! The size when set up is perfect to take with us when visting friends and family. Its big enough for naps and play without taking up a bunch of space. It almost folds in half completely flat which makes it easy to place in the trunk of the car, or the back of our van. It barely takes up space when folded up, and can easily slide beside our couch. We also took our on-the-go baby dome to the beacj with us. The mesh screen was perfect for protecting our little one.

Great item!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the ON-THE-GO BABY DOME through the play & rate program. We recently traveled to my parent's house out of state & this product was amazing & super convenient! It packs very easily and provided a "safe" space to set my 2 month old down in for play time & tummy time without having the risk of my 2 1/2 yo running her over and the nosey dogs from her toys! If I had a few suggestions it would be to have the hinges be a bit more finger friendly. Upon opening the hinge with the button for the first time, the bars opened and pinched my thumb in the hinge. The only other thing I could suggestion I would make would be, is to add a handle slot at the top of the dome so that it can be more easily picked up and moved. The outside loop handles are quite widely spaced and great for closed transport, but inconvenient for simply moving the dome across the room. Thank you again for such an amazing product!

This baby dome is amazing! We used it in our backyard all summer long with the baby! It is very easy to set up and collapse (which is very important to us!) Love this product!
