I want to really love this swing. I had an older model that stopped working, but the FP customer service was great and just sent us another one. However, I'm remembering all of the frustrating things about this swing as I try to use it again. If it's touched or moved, the swing stops swinging. If I turn up the speed on the swing, decide it's too much, and try to turn it down again, it won't lower the speed. It takes so long to actually get going that my daughter is crying and upset by the time it actually gets going. Half the time I can't actually get the swing to swing. And it's brand new out of the box. And like others, the old model I had stopped working after a couple months, so I expect this one to do the same. I'm surprised that these issues haven't been fixed and FP continues to sell such a low quality product. It's not worth $40, not to mention $80.

Love the swing...if only it wasnt garbage

Bought the swing for my preemie daughter from target, it was cracked and not working straight out of the box. Tried to return it and they wouldn't take back a open box item. So now I'm out $80 plus and my daughter doesnt have a swing. Pretty upset.

This swing was the best registry purchase I made. The pad is very comfortable and easily comes off of the frame to wash it. I like that you can just remove the inner pad for when he spits up a bit and do not have to wash the entire item. The swing was a bit sticky the first few times we tried to fold it up but now it opens and closes easily. My favorite part of this swing is that you can have it just swing up to a few levels of quickness, you can just have it vibrate or both. Same with the music, there are different levels volume and multiple songs or sounds you could choose. My son also loves reaching for the animals that hang above it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The swing was gifted to me at my baby shower. I opened it up last week and my baby was very in love with it for the week it worked but now it doesn’t even do anything besides play music. It’s a waste of money considering I have to go buy a brand new swing and I have one that hasn’t even been used for a month. Item should be taken off the market and repaired for better quality.

Would have been perfect if it would have worked

I recived this item as a Baby Shower gift, so i dont have a receipt. It was perfect, small ,cute, and comfortable. When I put the swing together, with batteries, it would not power on. I was very disappointed. The store refused to take it back so i have to purchase a whole other chair. And take the loss of the $80.00

Folds Up Nicely Ready For Baby

I received this swing with my first child. She loved it and I loved how easy it folded up to store away or take with me on a road trip. The clips are easy to open and close and it washes well. The volume level was appropriate for little ears and could be turned very low. I was impressed that with all of the use it saw I did not have to change the batteries. In less than six weeks I will be setting it back up for this new baby!

Doesn't swing and doesn't work

Last night I put the unit together and used brand new batteries. The swing sporadically swings on the lower settings. The swing works on the highest setting, but then it doesn't slow down when set to lower settings. In addition, the vibrate feature doesn't work at all. I tried calling the company last evening and since it's the weekend there was no one available to take my call. I am very disappointed and hope that this can be resolved somehow.
