Good Concept, Bad Design

We wanted to love this chair because we have a small home but it is reclined too far for a baby to eat safely. Babies should be upright and not reclined and it makes me nervous that my daughter could choke because of this design. Everything else about this chair is fantastic. Especially how easy it is to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SAFETY HAZARD

This thing needs to be recalled. I bought this last week and was SO excited. I put it together and my son loved it, I thought it was great too.... UNTIL.. one night eating dinner and my son started screaming BLOODY murder, the scream that makes mommy’s cringe because you know your baby is in pain and I went to grab him and his little finger was STUCK like actually physically jammed in the space left in the tray between the tray itself and the pull handles. My son is 15 months old and DEFINITELY has larger than average hands so the space is plenty big. If you would have asked me to review yesterday, I’d give a five star review but now that my sons finger could be broken I wish I could have given ZERO stars.

Horrible for small fingers!

We thought we would love this chat for our granddaughter but she has gotten her little finger caught between the gap on the side three times now and pitched it very bad!!! We even went as far as to tape it But it still pinched her. Be careful!!!

Dishwasher safe and convertible!

I have had this chair almost a year now. I love
That I can wash the the cushion in the wash and the rest in the dishwasher.

The two things that I do not like are how the base height and that my son can unlatch the tray. The base height does not allow my to push my child to sit at the table. So we have to use the tray. My almost 12mo old can use his toes to unlatch the tray and flip it off. He has been able to unlatch it since about 6 months old. This design should be change somehow.

Height adjuster doesn't work

I got this for my one year old, and when I assembled it I realized I needed it to be higher. But when I pull on the adjustment bar, nothing happens, I have removed it from the chair, loosened all straps, but when I pull the height adjuster, it gets stuck and doesn't budge. I can't even disassemble it to see if I can fix it because th buttons I need to access to disassemble it are hidden and locked in the lower height. Please do something to fix this.
