Very disappointed! (Don't machine wash the mat)

My baby loved this play gym and I was very happy with it too, until I washed the mat. The tag says it's machine washable. I machine washed it with cold water and mild detergent and according to the washing instruction, but it got ruined! The mat is now all lumpy and literally unusable. My baby is 4 months old and I thought I'm going to use this play gym for a while as she reallyliked it, but now I can't use it anymore because the mat is ruined. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My son absolutely LOVES this mat. And I love that it can grow with him and has several different setups. It’s super easy to put together. Haven’t tried washing the mat yet but looks like it would wash easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
