The performance is very poor. If you open 2 programs at the same time, it nearly freezes. Open 3 internet screens and it freezes. Screen is low quality. Images are not crispy and colors not vibrant.
Better off spending a little more on something better.

I had the 4480 model and loved it, this was a total downgrade ! It took me an hour just to figure out that the paper feed was on the backside of it ! I didn't see the tray that you had to pull out for the paper feed. And it's a pain to load paper. I have to stand up and lean over the machine to add paper, the 4480 was front loading. For some reason it won't connect to my computer to scan. The screen on the printer took me some time to figure out how to set everything. I prefer if you're buying the cheapest model, to have a simple to use machine.
