I bought this computer so the kids could do their schoolwork since were remote learning, and let them play some of their video games so they’re not staring at the tiny screens on their tablets. So far it’s fun to explore the Internet, but every time we try and do some thing a little complex, the computer just freezes. I can’t be a memory problem since we just got it, but things like Minecraft, an obvious favorite with every child In the universe it seems, shouldn’t require a manual shut down of the computer every 30 minutes or so. Thing as widespread as this game Should be compatible with a new computer. I’m assuming we will find this problem happening more and more as time goes on, but as I said, so far is meeting our basic needs. Not fully, but good enough for the price. I will probably go back to a Mac on my next purchase though. Even though three times the price, time is money, and this just requires too much of my attention. Its the first time in a long time I’ve bought an HP product, and not too impressed it can’t do some basic things without error.
I brought this computer because the HP laptop that I had for 11 years finally quit on me. This computer isn't as fast as I would like it to be but it is fast enough to get the job done. I is worth the price and now I can get my business back up and running.
