[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago as I’m currently working from home. Nice looking computer but a bit smaller screen than I was expecting. Runs slow especially when needing to have multiple programs open at once. Also quite “noisy” with a constant hum while on which I’m assuming is the fan. Overall I am happy that I purchased to upgrade from a small laptop that was 8!years old.

Bought 2 weeks ago & computer has a humming, gurgling sound that is driving me crazy. Even worse---can not contact anyone to find out how to correct. All listed tele.#'s lead to multiple prompts that can you no where. Like the looks of the computer.
