It comes with Microsoft Word 365 replaced with Apache and One Drive replaced with Amazon Drive backup. I'm using Amazon Photos. Also erased 2 week trial MacAfee. Only negatives WE spot on bottom near power button. Very arkward. Need more USB easy access ports and another HDMI port. Should be ption to upgrade memory from 4GBto 16 GB at purchase. Touch screen would be great. Nice cheaper home computer. Easy interface. I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my opinion, this is a great computer for the younger generation. It is a gaint phone with out the call feature, unless you skype. As a senior citizen I just need a place to store my documents that does not involve the "cloud". This computer wants every little thing saved to the cloud or you have trouble accessing it. It is almost impossible for me to find what I'm looking for because the startup menu is all about the "apps". Even for me, this is a slow computer. While it has enough storage, everything loads very slowly, even with only one thing open. I have been told that i can upgrade the 4gb to 16 and that will fix the speed issue. We shall see.
