Very happy with product but two things stand that need addressing. First is the shower head on the basket, when putting the pot back on the warmer plate it sometimes jams or stops and is hard to get back in, doesn’t seam to be adjusted well for seamless use. Second is the beeper sound level, in my option very loud and would be nice to have an adjustment level or two settings (low & high), we have turned ours off.

This coffee maker is easy to use and makes a great pot of coffee. We love the controls - especially the timer - so we have a pot of coffee waiting for us on work days. The only knock I have is it can be kind of difficult to pour the water into the reservoir. Also, when pouring the first couple of cups, the pot dribbles down the side of the pot.
