I have had this unit for about 3 months now and it looks great it operates great, compared to my last one it should get 100 stars! The only issue I have is the carafe, when it’s full it will leak out. I feel the spout needed to be a little longer. It doesn’t do it all the time so I will still give it a 5 star!

This is a very nice coffeemaker. I do think the temperature setting on hot, still does'nt get the coffee hot enough though.

I bought this a few months ago and I have used it almost every day since then. I was replacing a 10 year old coffee maker that was wonderful, so it had a lot to live up to...and it did. If I HAD to find something negative, I would say just the fitment when taking out or putting back the carafe. It is a tight fit height-wise and would prefer a smoother fit. Other than that, it is awesome!

After reviewing coffeemaker ratings; going in store to see and feel the different brands and styles I ended up choosing the Cuisinart 14 cup coffeemaker. I'm really happy with this product. Functionality is easy and makes great coffee. It is a little tricky pouring water into the reservoir due to angle of pour area and size of coffee pot.
