Got this for a Christmas gift. not even 3 months old and it is leaking water all over my counter. called and they told me I would have to pay to send it back, then another $ 10. to have them send my replacement. I will have to buy another coffee maker well I wait. it will cost me over $ 40. to do all this, when it is not 3 months old. very unset. will not be buying any more!!!

We had a 12 cup Cuisinart prior to buying this 14 cup Cuisinart. We love that it has a 14 cup capacity which is great when we have guests. It has the cone shaped filter which brews a more robust cup of coffee than flat filters. It also has a bold brew feature which allows an even bolder brew by steeping the coffee before draining it into the carafe.

I’ve been using Cuisinart coffemakers for years, and alway was very happy with their proformance. I still am but this maker makes a lot of noise, which is very annoying and strange. After a week I did contact Cuisinart customer service and was told it shouldn’t be making the noise, and suggested I return it. I did and got a new one. After the third use the noise was back. So annoying, sounds like a blast of steam and does it several times in a row. And I am speaking after the coffee is made. All of my old pots never did this. A little sorry I replaced my pot.

This is my 2nd Cuisinart coffee pot. My son took my first one - it was nearly 10 years old -when his (other brand) stopped working after a few months. I wouldn't buy any other brand. Makes great coffee, excellent brewing choices and features.

I've had this coffee or for about 4 months . I really like the features on it , like the 1-4 cups if your not needing a full pot. That u can turn off the alarm that tells u when it is done. It has an extra large capacity if needed. Make good tasting coffee because of the filter it has in the water chamber. The only thing wrong is that it is getting noisy after the brewing is done. Maybe I need to change that filter.

I use this when I have three or more coffee drinkers. It is convenient and quick, but its flavor is inferior to my glass pour-over maker. Perhaps the plastic tank doesn’t help.
Also, the small filter that was supposed to be part of the original package, was missing. The filter holder was included. Cuisinart responded quickly, to send a new holder with filter.
Again, for convenience, this coffeemaker is easy to use and maintain.
