Love the coffee maker, but the pot leaks when I pour the coffee.

Sleek design, easy controls and the option of a burst of BOLD to a brewing lead to smart start to my day. The 14-cup carafe is an upgrade from my 12-cup model. That's an extra bonus.

Improved model gets hotter than previous model. But the white version gets black spots that are a bit unsightly. This is just a pet peeve. No big deal.

I love the size, design and performance of this coffee maker. This is the second I’ve had. I only replaced the first one because of one slight defect. The burner coating started peeling off after 3 years of use. It still worked, but I did not like the look of the burner. So that’s my only complaint. Gave the old one to a friend who also likes it a lot.
