The coffee maker works fine. But the carafe is terrible and from previous reviews the drip and spilling issue is still an annoying problem. The feels like I have to break a nail to get it open. Cuisinart please fix the ongoing problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this coffee maker. I have purchased the same one 3 times over the years for myself and have given it as gifts as well. I love the temperature control and the programmability.

i love my new machine and how it makes coffee, but i am running into an issue with it not making the full amount. i fill with 4 cups of water and only 3.5 come out.

We’ve been Cuisinart people for about 30 years now. Our last three coffeemakers were Cuisinart and the last one was approximately 10 years old! Makes a great cup of coffee, it’s easy to clean, and how many small appliances (used daily!) last 10 years?
