I previously had a Cuisinart programmable coffee maker and enjoyed it. But it was time to replace it after many years. I considered other coffee makers, but decided to use the same brand and coffee maker. Due to its reliability, my familiarity with it and being able to depend on it to start making my coffee and ready for me so that I can walk out the door with hot cup of coffee. Highly recommend Cuisinart!

Decent everyday coffee maker but get it on sale

There are several features I like about the coffee maker, including the temperature options, the bold button and button for making 1-4 cups. The coffee brews fairly quietly and has a tone that will ding when it’s done (not too loud) that can be turned off if you don’t want to use it. The one thing that bugs me is that the coffee pot itself is designed in a way, unless you hold/pour it a specify way, that will spill coffee down the side when pouring. I’ve had it for a couple weeks and I’m still trying to figure out best way to pour so as to avoid spilling. Additionally, although the coffee maker has stainless steel on the front, the rest is made of very light/cheap plastic. It’s not worth the full price cost, in my opinion, which is why I’m glad I got it on sale.
