Bad out of the box

This would have been my second Cuisinart coffee maker. 1st was 12-cup 3400. Great until water wouldn't heat consistently to 195• + at grounds. It lasted almost 10 years. Brand new 14-cup Perfect Temp cannot achieve 180• in/at grounds out of the box. Tried 5x even using 100• tap water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Been a long time user of Cuisinart coffee makers,this is my 3rd coffee maker purchase, love the adjustable features,the value is very good,even bring coffee maker with me on vacation!

I love my new Cuisinart coffee maker! Easy to use right out of the box. Appreciate the filter, easy to set timer and keeps coffee hot!!

"BREW" light doesn't work

Makes great coffee and the auto program works beautifully but the "BREW" light is not coming on anymore so I don't know if the machine is on or off. It's only a couple of months old.
