This is a great coffee maker. It is simple and works well every time. I make coffee every day, 7 days a week. This is my 5th Cusinheart coffee maker. When they finally quit, I just purchase another one. Very happy with it. Will continue to purchase them. I have everything in Cusinheart. Pots, pans, toaster and can opener. They have great products!!! The price is always fair and worth it.

Water filter holder

Love this coffee maker (14 cup). I’m having trouble with the (single) water filter holder. It wants to float out of place. The first time it happened I changed the filter and the issue resolved. This time, after changing the water filter, the holder still floats. Please help.

Very pleased with our purchase of the 14 cup glass carafe coffee machine, easy to set up and operate, having a glass carafe with hot plate was the main reason we selected the Cuisinart brand. We also like the additional features- programmable timer, brew strength, charcoal water filter. Now we have a hot cup of coffee. Thank you Cuisinart.

This is a great coffeemaker. I bought it for my hubby because I was tired of the wasteful, plastic pods, and noise from his supposed high-end machine. The instructions are simple, you can program your coffee to brew or make it on the spot. It comes with a metal mesh filter so there is no need for paper filters, although as noted in the manual, you may have a few grounds in the bottom of the pot for fine ground coffee. I’m thrilled that he has been converted from the trendy one-cup-at-a-time machine, and we are extremely satisfied with this coffee maker.
