[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ease of use and quality of coffee produced by this pot is superb! So much so, that I'm on my 3rd one! The user-friendly programmable feature makes my life so easy because I always have coffee ready exactly when needed, without any hassle. The gold filter basket and charcoal filter make a noticeable difference in taste vs any other pot I've owned. I really do love this machine. However, I have to knock a star off because the last 2 machines I've owned have randomly died on me (NO misuse/accidents/ incidents - and I descale regularly) within weeks past the 3-year warranty mark. I would think at this price point the machine would last a bit longer than others, but that hasn't been my experience for the last 2. Machine death JUST past the warranty is incredibly frustrating and makes me feel a bit less satisfied with the brand. But, it makes very good coffee.
