We have always loved the taste of coffee that Cuisinart provides in its coffee maker. When we could no longer read the dials on our old Cuisinart our kids bought us a new coffee maker, but it wasn't a Cuisinart. We were so dissapointed at the taste and lack of ammenities that we needed in a coffee maker. We told our kids and were able to exchange it for a new Cuisinart 14 Cup Coffeemaker. We always drink at least 2 pots of coffee a day, so having the extra big reservoir and pot to make 14 cups is awesome! We love it as much as all our other Cuisinarts. Another nice featur of the new coffee maker, besides updated buttons for the old dials, is the nice way the filter holder easily fits in the top without having to push it in really hard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a replacement for a similar Cuisinart product. This model had many of the same features - plus! Temperature control is superior. Indicators for buttons are printed below rather than on buttons.

My last one I had (which was maybe 3 years) broke/started leaking really bad so
my husband bought another one. Works fine but not sure why it needs an alarm to sound off when it’s done brewing but no big deal. I just disable it. It’s quite obnoxious.

this is the third model like this I have bought. The first one lasted several years (10 or so) and the second one was a bit faulty with the brew interrupt feature crapping out--I had to stop using that feature. But it last a fair amount of time. I eventually had to replace it and that unit lasted barely 2 years when the heating element poohed out. So the quality seemed to diminish

14 cup coffee maker does not properly brew anything over 10 cups. The grounds flow over the top and fall into the brewed coffee
