I have used this coffee maker for a while now. The first unit was replaced around 2 years after purchase according to the Cuisinart warranty. The replacement process was fast and easy! I love this coffee maker because of the pot size (14 cups), programmability, and the ability to adjust temperature and the length of “on” time to meet my needs. I also like that the settings are retained after brief power outages including the need to unplug! My only dislike is that the brew complete signal is rather faint and almost seems to be louder when turning off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm on my 4th or 5th Cuisinart coffeepot. It is my favorite pot BUT they have all only lasted 1 to 1 1/2 years, then start leaking through the bottom of the water reservoir. Even though it's my favorite, I'm not sure if I'll continue to purchase this coffeepot. 😥

Replaced 12 cup Cuisinart coffeemaker that we'd had for over 20 years. Have a separate grinder so grind beans just before brew and use filtered water. Brews coffee the way we like it. It may not be "perfect" according to professional baristas, but is convenient and good enough for us.
