This is our second one of this model, we bought for our getaway cottage. The primary unit is used daily and has been reliable for the first 2 years although we had an issue and got quick warranty fix from Cuisinart. This is why its getting 5 stars as the mfg stands behind their product and is responsive. Will recommend.

Makes coffee and it tasted good. It came with a reusable coffee filter and a few paper filters as well. I bought this for the Automatic coffee timer. I set it 5 mins before I wake. It makes coffee fairly quickly. I would buy this coffee maker again

I gave this coffee maker a 4 because the white numbers and lines on the coffee pot are very difficult to see. I fill the pot to the number of cups I plan to make and then pour it into the coffee maker. Black numbers and lines would be more visible and make it easier to measure.
