14 cup coffeemaker works but there will be some difficulty with cleaning and using it. The water reservoir requires pouring into a small area at the rear corner of the pot next to the lid. This makes it very easy to spill into the coffee grounds section. There is an internal filter which requires purchasing them periodically and the pot requires the "triangle" filters which is more costly than basket filters. It is easy to adjust temp and set times. Buttons are clearly labeled and led lit when selected.

We used a Cuisinart at the house we rented this year at the shore and I loved it! It was a little "broken down" - probably from so much use over the years by lots of vacationers - but it was such an upgrade from our Mr. Coffee that we use at home (and that's only a year old). The coffee that I make in our Cuisinart actually tastes better - how is that possible?!?!?!? Because of the cone filter, it's not messy when cleaning up, and the coffee is HOT, not lukewarm like my former coffeemaker. I'm so glad we decided to buy this Cuisinart coffeemaker and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Had to replace our old Cuisinart cofee maker because it was leaking. This seemed like a good upgrade. We do have problems with the water not filteri g through the grounds and overflowing the top and getting grounds in the coffee when we try to make more than 8 cups, so I don't know how you'd ever make 14 cups in this one.

I love it….when it works! I’m on my third one in two years. I just bought a new one after the first one died at around a year. My second one died at 3 months so it was replaced under warranty. Maybe the third time is the charm!

This coffeemaker replaces a well-used coffeemaker of the exact same make and model, used daily for more than six years. It is reliable and does what it's supposed to do. I'd do a vinegar rinse every few months and often forgot to replace the charcoal filter. Coffee always tasted good.
