Great coffee maker. Easy to program. Makes good coffee quick. Stylish too. Easy to clean. Filter cartridges are sold separately. The reason for the 4 stars is bc of the carafe. While pouring your coffee into your cup or pouring water into the reservoir, the water/coffee drips from the spout, spilling water everywhere. Other than that, coffee machine works great.
