We purchased this coffeemaker a month ago and I love it. It makes wonderful tasting coffee, utilizing both a gold filter, paper filter and water filter. We also like the ability to do a slow brew, water comes through slower, and it is amazing how much better the coffee tastes. There are more features that I have not used like adjusting the temperature for keeping the coffee warm, the cleaning of the pot and replacing the water filter, which I will be doing this week. I like the look of the coffeemaker as well. I thought the price was very reasonable for all the features this coffeemaker has to offer.

the 14 cup coffee maker is to tall to be able to raise the lid under the cabinet top, it has to be moved out from under the cabinet top to be able to fill with water & coffee. would be better if it could be used without moving every day.

I forgot to place the coffee pot in place and the auto coffee went all over and the grounds blocked the entire coffee maker. There should be a sensor installed to prevent the coffee from being made if the pot is not in place.
