Amazing coffee pot, I have owned approximately 4 now in probably a 15 year time,
I have had issues like the bottom seal breaking on two of them and the burner rusting on one.
Regardless of the issues this Cuisinart in worth it way above any other out there. You won’t be disappointed.
Getting the added coverage will cover any issues so you will have no worries.

Brews excellent coffee, and we especially like the Bold setting. But the handle on the carafe is a big wobbly, and it is difficult to pour the last bit of water into the reservoir because it is at an awkward angle. That is why I'm not giving it a 5 star rating.

I drink a lot of coffee and have had many brewers over the years, but this one really stands out. It's well designed and constructed, a workhorse in the sacred duty of producing great coffee. It's fast, yet doesn't require a reservoir that is continually heated. It has features that I want and are most useful for our home.
