got this cuisinart for a great deal. love the 14-cup capacity. at first when brewing coffee there were grounds in the coffee but after adjusting the amount of grounds used, that solved the problem . easy to set up and program. i cannot live without a good coffee maker and this fits the bill.

Nice coffee pot, little larger pot than my last one. Works well. Little hard to pour water in small opening but not to bad. Makes coffee fast and keeps it good and hot for second cup. Would buy again.

I don't think you can find a better coffee maker for this price. We are on our third one. Why? Because the black hot plate deteriorates after a year or two, and begins to rust. We clean it with hot water (no soap) with a sponge every week, but after a year or so the hot plate begins to bubble, chip, crack, and eventually rust. Not sure why Cuisinart can't fix this. Overall I would recommend this coffee maker, but just be aware........
