I have had 3 of this particular coffee maker over many years. I love it. Tried Keurig at one time but I couldn’t customize the flavor when I wanted so came back to Cuisinart. Had one maker that stopped working about 9 months after purchase. Cuisinart customer service was quick to replace.

This is my second coffeemaker of the same model. I loved the first one and hope that this will be just as good. Excellent coffee, stays extra hot for 4 hours, and very user friendly. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5, because the heating plate corroded on my first unit. I think this was because the plate was not completely dry prior to brewing (sometimes water would drip onto the plate), causing the plate to burn over time. I am trying to be sure that the plate is completely dry before brewing, so that this coffeemaker will last longer.
