Makes great coffee. Like that it has a permanent filter so we’re not wasting paper filters daily. Love the capacity and that we can interrupt the cycle to pour. Only minor complaint is pouring in the water is a little awkward.

It does a good job making coffee and keeping it hot. It's a little difficult to see how much water you're pouring in when preparing a pot. Also, the carafe feels extremely thin and would be nicer if it had a hinge on it. Overall, we are pleased with our coffee maker.

I tend to have guests often and the 14 cup coffeemaker works to have sufficient and good coffee available for my guests. When I am alone, it gives me the ability to make a small amount of coffee.

The filter basket is poorly designed with a handle that traps the grinds making it more difficult than it should be for cleaning.
