Bought this to replace a very old auto-drip coffeemaker since we broke the glass pot and replacing just that part was not cost effective. This is a good looking product (stainless steel) with standard features and a larger than normal capacity (14 cups). The only disappointment was the gold mesh filter. We found that the brewed coffee was "sludge-like" and there was a lot of sediment in the bottom of the pot. This was true for both pre-ground and whole bean (ground at home) brews. We've switched to paper filters and won't be using the mesh filter.

It works great. Makes a good cup of coffee. I like that it comes with the metal mesh filter. Only thing I do not like is that you cannot adjust how loud the beep is when it's done. It's either on or off. It would be nice to have 3 different tone volumes.

Am pleased with the coffee maker! It makes a pot quickly! My first priority! I like the lighted clock and ease of programming. It is a a little noisy while brewing or it would have been 5 stars.

Wish it had regular basket filter instead of cone shaped filter. I dislike the cone shape for a few reasons. That is my ONLY complaint, other than that I love it!

Makes great coffee and the glass carafe is easy to clean. I like using the Bold setting. I never make the full 14 cups so it's larger than I need it to be, but it makes great coffee even at 6-8 cups and looks good on the counter so it's not a problem that it's a larger style.
