I love this 14 cup coffee maker. Both my husband and I work from home, so having the 14 cup coffee maker is great for us. One of the things I like the best is that you can set the warmer plate to be on for up to 4 hours. That comes in handy when you are on long calls and want a hot cup when you finally can get to it.

Cuisnart is always my go to because they seem to last longer. However, the quality seems to be going down. This is the second one in less than a year. The heating module in this one is not consistent. One day it is hot and the next day it is less than hot. So when it stops I will compare to other brands.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the second replacement Cuisinart coffee maker for us over a 30-year period. Love the charcoal filter, and the coffee is always delicious and hot. The programs available are also time saving.

Was looking to upgrade my old coffee maker and so I bought this. The coffee does not get hot enough and suppose to have the option of strong brew and I really can’t tell the difference between the options. Disappointed in it.
