We love this coffeemaker. Makes great coffee. Beeps 5 times when finished brewing and twice when it turns itself off in two hours. Received as a gift and really love it. Does have steams coming out the top so we pull it out from under the cabinets while it’s brewing.

I had my last pot for 10 years. I loved it and decided to get a new one as this one stopped working properly. It has not changed in 10 years. I am so glad I got a new one. I love the coffee filter. This is a great pot.

The coffee maker is good but not outstanding. The pour rim still allows coffee to dribble out of the sides when the quantity in the carafe gets low. It is the same when pouring water from the carafe into the top of the coffee maker. It is harder to place the carafe into the right position to ensure it is seated properly during the brew cycle. With all this being said, this is by far the best drip coffee maker I have seen on the market.

Overall great coffee maker, but I upgraded from a 12-cup maker and the basket that comes with this maker doesn't seem to hold as much coffee grounds. It spills over into the coffee pot.

Very nice coffee maker. Love the 3 level heat plate. On slow days, put it on low and no burnt taste. Normal days, medium keeps it good and hot. Up to 4 hr timer is nice too. And 14 cups. Woo Hoo. I can fill my big thermal cup, go fishin' come home to pee, refill, and head back out. Like the cone filter too. Wish the snap on lid was hinged tho. Very minor annoyance. Pours well.
