I needed a new coffee maker NOW! I looked at several others but this one was a 14 cup system. Perfect! I made the first pot and it was the best coffee I have ever had from a home system!!! Easy to program and perfect coffee waiting for me when I wake up!

It's very quick & keeps the coffee warmer than my old maker! I like the charcoal filter for water but very expensive to replace. 2 problems so far are spring loaded coffee filter has a lot of resistance when putting pot back on maker! 2nd the pot leaks coffee on you when pouring & you can hear the pot crackling while cooling on the counter !
