The only problem is after about 3 years it starts leaking water from the bottom, so don't plan on it lasting more than 3 years. Other than that my husband loves it.

Great coffee maker. The carafe lid is irritating since it has to be completely removed to refill or clean. Otherwise it is a great machine.

I have spent years buying coffee at McDonald's, no matter what I did I couldn't make a drinkable cup of coffee. This machine was once again I felt would be a doomed endeavor, chose because of the rain head feature. It is wonderful I now much prefer my coffee to any take out I would highly recommend

Works fine but do not like the feature of automatically turning off the bottom warming plate after a short period. Also, from past experience the glass carafe is very fragile.
