I love it!! I changed the auto shut off to 4 hours. That works great for our family. I also love that it plays a sound before it shuts off and when coffee is finished brewing. Great coffee pot!!

stopped making coffee after 1/ the water was gone

The new 14 cup programmable coffeemaker, the first week of use the maker worked, now, no change, it makes only 1/4 of a cup even though I have a full pot of coffee to make? tried to trouble shoot. doesn't work.
