Easy to program and works well. Filling the water reservoir using the carafe is a bit awkward, especially for a lefty, but overall, an excellent coffeemaker. Very pleased with the purchase.

I love everything about this coffee-maker. It is fast, hot, and makes wonderful coffee. I like the fact that it comes with the permanent filter, BUT you can use the #4 paper cone ones. I like the fact that you can press a button and make it BOLD (I do like BOLD coffee). I like the heft and shape of the carafe, and that it makes 14 cups if I want them (I never do, but I like the fact that I could. AND I LOVE THE COPPER COLOR!

Love this coffeemaker. I like really hot coffee and it is the best I have ever owned. It makes a great cup of coffee. It turns itself off at two hours or other choices you can make.

Makes good coffee but has a serious design flaw. Every time you open the top to remove the spent grounds it spills the condensation collected inside the top down the back of the. Unit, leaving the countertop wet and messy. Unacceptable. I’m back to using the older Cuisinart and this one has been relegated to the attic, only to see the light of day should the old one fail.

The design of the spout is flawed. One has to pour at a snail’s pace to avoid dripping and over pour.
