So far, we are very happy with this coffee maker. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I had to return the first new coffee maker because the clean light was on and would not reset. I called Cuisinart customer service and they were helpful. I was told to return coffee maker to place of purchase, which I did do. So at the end of the day, we like the device and hope it continues to make delicious, hot coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use. Coffee comes out hot. Only thing is that we have this for less than a month and the side panel of the machine is bubbling up. Would of gave it 5 stars if it wasn’t for that. Cheaply made. Will have to contact manufacturer.

Works as expected and it’s consistent. We do find the low setting for the heating pad is still quite hot and doesn’t allow for immediate consumption, I can’t imagine what medium and high would do.

Works ok, but doesn't keep the coffee hot for very long. The lid to the coffee pot doesn't flip up, so it makes it hard to pour and fill. Preferred my Mr. Coffee.

We are long time users and like the reliability and quality of the coffeemakers. The "gold" filter that is included is a nice perk (no pun intended). The temp control is also as good option and overall a good solid product! We love coffee, so this is a critical kitchen component.
