Our first one broke and leaked in 2 1/2 years. This is our second one because wife like the ease of use. Hopefully it will last this time.

Easy to program. This is our 4th one. Only con we have about it is that it’s so awkward to pour in the water. I’d have thought this would have been changed by now. Coffee hot, like the “bold” choice to make a stronger brew.

I replaced my old Cuisinart, same model, that I loved for 10 yrs. Bought a new one that made snap, crackle, pop noises during the 2 hour warming time. Cuisinart sent me a replacement, wrong color, but I was OK as long as it didn't make the same noise. Unfortunately, it makes the same noise!!!
