Satisfied with the 14 Cup Programmable Coffeemaker I received as a gift. Had I purchased it for myself, I probably would have gotten a 12 cup coffeemaker due to the height of the coffeemaker which would have fit better under my cabinet. The 14 Cup Programmable Coffeemaker makes excellent coffee.

I love my new coffee pot. Has really nice features and brews good coffee. Can you tell me why it is difficult to place the glass pot back on the warming plate after coffee finishes brewing? It seems that the spring apparatus is in the way. I have tried to gently ease it in, but no luck. Is there something wrong with how I'm doing it or is it a faulty mechanism?

It's fine. Not sure why it's so highly rated. Still can't pour water into maker without spilling. Also makes loud noises from the coffeemaker a few times every use.

The coffee maker works extremely well and has improved features from prior models. It’s easier to pour the water without spilling yet that is still not perfect. The taste of the brew is excellent, it’s much hotter and remains hot longer. The machine is noisy and we live in a open loft space so if you need quiet brew, this isn’t ideal. The gold filter that was included is good, but it should come with a handle for easy removal. I’ve never had a gold filter without a movable handle, unless this was defective.

Hands down the best coffee maker i have owned and it is far from. the most costly Ive purchased. Perfect to the last sip because I can set the heating element temperature. I am more than happy. I make 10 to 14 cups a day. The fit and finish is impressive. The lack of dirt and drip catching seams is impressive. I love the copper finish. The large multi port spray head helps make a uniform brew. I LOVE IT.
