This is my third coffee maker by Cuisinart over many many years. I have come to trust the name Cuisinart for the quality I receive for the money. The coffee maker delivers a great cup of coffee in a reasonable amount of time. It is easy to understand all of the operational functions of the maker. The only draw back of the maker is if one tries filling the reservoir with water, the lid makes it difficult to fill with the carafe, lid gets in the way to easily empty carafe completely.

Needed to replace my old regular coffee maker, found this one and splurged. So glad I did. Love my morning coffee and this one keeps it really hot! Only wish the carbon filters were less expensive..

Bought this to replace an earlier version of the same model (had it for years). Love the automatic turn off, 5 cup or less and bold options. Would have given 5 stars - but Cuisinart still hasn't figured out how to make a carafe that doesn't drip when pouring.

So far, so good! The color of this coffeemaker is spot on and matches all the copper accents in my kitchen. In regards the functionality of this machine, we are very happy. The larger, 14 cup, carafe meets our needs and the coffee output has been nice and hot!
