I love the pot. The 4-hour warming setting keeps the coffee HOT for 4 hours without making the coffee taste stale. Its the first time in 15 years that I have bought a coffee pot with a glass pot rather than a thermal pot. The glass pot actually keeps the coffee hotter than the thermal pot. I love it!

This coffeemaker brews coffee very well. The features I like best are the cone filter shape and the adjustments for the warming plate. It's quiet and fast, I am looking forward to the cleaning feature, and some of the other features I have not yet tried (1-4 cup setting, programmable time to start, etc.).
