First one I bought did not work I called Cuisinart support line and they where very friendly and I told them about my coffee pot and they sent a new one out to me right away, I love that it makes 14 cups and that it is nice and hot. very satisfied.

I love this coffee pot. Replaced a 10 yr old Cuisinart that was similar. I love that with this one the water flows in better as you are filling the pot to make coffee, with no dripping as you pour it in. Love the mesh filter. Very excellent pot. Would give it 10 ⭐️’s if I could.

I purchased this coffee maker about 3 weeks ago & have been using it ever since. I'm completely happy with my purchase. The coffee is hot & delicious. I was a little concerned about the reviews stating it was hard to fill & leaked, i have no problems at all in that area. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a one.
