I really like the coffeemaker. Cuisinart brand is always reliable and a very good product. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was because it makes popping noises when it brews and the completed brewing tone is very loud, so I keep it turned off. All in all I really like it.

Cuisinart makes the best products. I got the black matte color version. The coffee tastes great, is hot and has plenty of coffee being a 14 cup pot. It is programmable and your coffee can be ready before you wake up. These products last forever and are total quality. I own many Cuisinart products. Highly recommend.

This was a replacement due to a problem with the first one. We had a problem after almost one year of use. Immediately after filling the water well it all would come out from the bottom. We called Cuisinart after this happened many times and had a pleasant experience with the customer service people who gave us instructions on how to get a replacement. We have had the new one for a few weeks now and it seems to be working fine. We really like the coffeemaker and the features it offers. We drink many cups of coffee and this is the perfect coffeemaker for our family. The bold feature is a great plus for us. This turned into a great experience!
