Is a very good coffee maker, didn’t give a five stars because is always a room for improvement but this unit is a very very good one, my only design detail could be the inner rim in the pot that doesn’t allow to flow the liquids out of the pot completely, other then that small detail all is good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had a few weeks now so far so good really easy to program and use. We don’t use the permanent filter that came with it like regular paper filters. Just a preference. Would have gave five stars if we would have used longer.

We liked our Cuisinart coffeemaker so much that when we wore it out after four years of daily use, we bought this one to replace it. The name of the other one escapes me, but this is its newer version, and the only change is the placement of the knobs on the front. Otherwise, it is exactly the same. It's relatively quick, quiet, easy to load and clean, reliable, programmable, and makes excellent coffee. The thing we like best is that it makes a full 14-cups of coffee, while most similar models make only 10 or 12. We have never been unhappy with any Cuisinart product, and this coffeepot leads the pack!

Unfortunately after a year my coffee maker started in a cleaning mode when it should be brewing. I clean it regularly and this must have been a bad unit. Cuisinart replaced it. However, this is one of the best coffee makers I bought. It is easy to use and coffee tastes great!
